With fraudsters increasing their attempts to gain your personal information, MCB wants to remind you that the bank will NEVER call, text or email you to ask for account information, login credentials associated with online or mobile banking or any passcodes. In addition, MCB will NEVER contact a client and ask for a CODE previously received by the client.

Please be vigilant any time you receive unexpected phone calls, texts or emails requesting any information. If you have not requested someone from MCB to contact you concerning your accounts, please be very skeptical and cautious when someone unexpectedly requests any personal or financial information. Please contact any MCB branch or your Relationship Manager if someone disguising themselves as representatives of MCB unexpectedly contacts you.
AS A REMINDER, unless you contact Mountain Commerce Bank for support, we will not unexpectedly call, email or text you to ask for login information, passcodes or account information.
