Joshua R. Marsh

Joshua R. Marsh, Senior Vice President, Market President and Senior Relationship Manager, serves as Market President and commercial lender for Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) in the middle Tennessee area. He joined MCB in May 2022 and brings nearly two decades of banking experience to his role, with ten of those years in the Nashville area market.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee—Knoxville, Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture with a focus on horticulture and landscape design. He followed that up with a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and he has also successfully completed continuing education courses in commercial lending and commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, all things outdoors, University of Tennessee athletics, boating, fishing, golf and travel. Additionally, Josh and his family volunteer in the community through their local, Franklin, TN-based church.

Andrew Barrett

Andrew Barrett, Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, possesses more than 10 years of commercial banking experience. Before joining Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) in March 2021, he held a variety of positions in asset-based lending and correspondent banking at two regional financial institutions. In his current role, Andrew is responsible for private and commercial banking business development for MCB in the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee markets.

Andrew holds a degree in finance from the University of Tennessee—Knoxville, and he is also a graduate of both the Tennessee Bankers Association Southeastern School of Banking and the Nexus Leadership Program.

When he is not at work, you’ll likely find Andrew fishing, golfing or spending time with his family.

Janet Norman

Janet Norman, Vice President and Branch Manager, manages the retail staff and oversees the business development portfolio of Mountain Commerce Bank in the Brentwood/Williamson County area. She joined MCB in April 2022, bringing more than 29 years of banking experience to her role. She attended Middle Tennessee State University.

Outside of work, Janet serves on the executive board of A Vintage Affair, a non-profit for women and children in Williamson County that raises awareness and funds for those in most desperate need of help. She also serves on the engagement committee of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer with its Women in Business group. She is a 2013 graduate of the chamber’s Leadership Brentwood program and previously served as treasurer of the former Brentwood Lions Club.

Hunter D. Reed

Hunter D. Reed, Vice President and Relationship Manager, serves as a commercial and consumer lender for Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) in the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee markets. He joined MCB in November 2021. Hunter brings more than thirteen years of business experience to his role, six in the financial services sector. That experience includes commercial lending, portfolio management and small business consulting.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee—Knoxville, Hunter earned a bachelor’s degree in political science while minoring in business administration. He furthered his education with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester (UK), and in 2021 successfully completed the Tennessee Banking Association’s Essentials of Commercial Lending program.

Outside of work, Hunter has served on the board of the Phoenix Club of Nashville and has led fundraising efforts for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Samuel Stevenson

Samuel Stevenson, Assistant Vice President / Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager, supports Mountain Commerce Bank’s commercial and private banking portfolio in the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee markets. He joined MCB in March 2021. During his banking career, Samuel has gained experience in commercial, consumer and mortgage lending, and treasury services.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee—Knoxville with a degree in finance, Samuel continued his education with a master’s degree in business administration – also from the University of Tennessee. While completing his post-graduate studies, Samuel served as a Torch Fund portfolio manager and held a graduate teaching assistant position.

Samuel regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
