Tim Topham
Tim Topham, Executive Vice President and Director, is the Area President and Senior Loan Officer for the Knoxville market, with responsibility for commercial and private banking, treasury management, and branch retail development. Prior to his time at MCB, Tim managed private banking and private wealth management groups with a loan and deposit portfolio worth nearly a billion dollars. Tim is a graduate of Maryville College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he is on the board of directors for Maryville College and former member for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers regularly for many humanitarian and community organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Tim enjoys bicycling, hunting, fishing, and golf.

Brice Chapman, Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager, came to MCB from a Berkshire Hathaway company. He has experience in human resources, Bank Secrecy Act compliance and policy development, credit analysis, loan portfolio management and branch and treasury management services. He currently manages a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships in the Knoxville market. He holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Brice has a bachelor’s degree from Crown College. He serves as the Youth Director at Salem Baptist Church and enjoys weightlifting, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.

Connie French
Connie French, Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, serves as a Private Banker for consumer and commercial loans in the Knoxville area. Tony Johnson
Tony Johnson, Vice President and Portfolio Manager, underwrites loans and coordinates loan closings. He has more than 17 years of banking experience in retail, commercial, and Government Guaranteed Lending (US SBA and USDA). Most recently, Tony worked at FSG, where he served as an underwriter for Government Guaranteed Loans. In addition, over the course of his career, he has gained experience in special assets and collections. Tim Tull, Vice President and Relationship Manager, has two decades of experience in commercial and private banking. He joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in October 2020.
Prior to MCB, Tim held various positions with four banks across the East Tennessee region where he was responsible for commercial lending and private banking relationships, consumer loans and retail branch management.

Staci Wilkerson

Jason Burleson

Kenny Graves
