- If your card is lost or stolen, call 1-866-622-1910.
- I have questions about my MCB Online Banking or MCB Online Bill Pay account. Who can I contact?
- For questions about MCB Online Banking or Bill Pay, log in to MCB Online Banking and click on HELP located at the top right side of your account summary page. This feature provides instructions and answers to your questions about online banking and online bill pay. If you have an additional question, click CONTACT US and ADD MESSAGE to send your email inquiry. Or, contact your nearest branch location for further inquiries.
- I can’t remember my online banking ID or password. What do I do?
- If you forgot your online banking ID or password, contact your nearest branch location.
- If I have a transaction issue with an MCB ATM, who can I contact?
- If you have an issue with an MCB ATM, call or visit one of our branch locations.
- How do I set up Direct Deposit for my payroll or social security checks?
- If your check is coming from your employer and they participate in a direct deposit program, you should contact your human resources department to get set up with direct deposit. You will be asked to provide your bank routing number and account number that is located on your checking account checks. If your paycheck is coming from Social Security, one of our MCB branch representatives can help you set up direct deposit of your check.
- How will I know if my check for payroll or social security has been deposited?
- You can check your account activity through MCB Online Banking or call MCB TeleLink at 1-866-MCB-1910. You may also receive a receipt from social security or a check stub from your employer notifying you of the deposit.
- If my payday falls on a holiday, when will my check be deposited to my account?
- If your payday falls on a holiday, your check will be deposited into your account the following business day.
- When can I access my funds that have been direct deposited?
- Your funds will post to your account the day of your payday.
- What do I do if I have lost my checkbook?
- If you have lost your checkbook, contact your nearest branch location.
- How do obtain a copy of my statement?
- To obtain a copy of your account statement, log in to your MCB Online Banking account and click on STATEMENTS located at the top of your account page. Or, contact a branch location near you.
- How do I obtain a copy of a cleared check?
- You can view a cleared check from your account through MCB Online Banking or contact a branch location near you.
- I need to change my address or name on my account. What do I need to do?
- Contact a branch location near you to change the contact information on your account.
