On May 20, 2009, the FDIC deposit insurance temporary increase from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor was extended through December 31, 2013. For additional information, please visit the FDIC website for Changes in FDIC deposit insurance coverage.

MCB is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.
