Mountain Commerce Bank is upgrading our Online Banking Bill Pay service. On April 9, 2018, you will have access to an easier, faster and more convenient way to pay bills. As MCB completes the Bill Pay conversion, you will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data.

QuickBooks for Mac and Windows

There are important tasks that you must perform to ensure your QuickBooks service functions properly.

  • A final download must be completed before 5:00 p.m. EST – Friday, April 6, 2018.
  • Accounts need to be disconnected on or after 5:00 p.m. EST – Friday, April 6, 2018.
  • Accounts can be reconnected on or after 9:30 a.m. EST – Monday, April 9, 2018.

QuickBooks Online Edition Users Only

QuickBooks Online data is stored on Intuit servers in the cloud.  QuickBooks Online automatically updates your selected version so you are always on the latest release.  IMPORTANT:  QuickBooks Online connectivity may be interrupted up to 3-5 business days after the conversion is complete.  Your tasks are slightly different than those above.

  • A final download must be completed before 5:00 p.m. EST – Friday, April 6, 2018.
  • Accounts need to be deactivated on or after 5:00 p.m. EST – Friday, April 6, 2018.
  • Accounts can be re-activated on or after 9:30 a.m. EST – Monday, April 16, 2018.
